Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, relevant engineering (computer engineering, software engineering, electronic engineering, or related), or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.


Qualifications/ Skills Required:

✓Participates in period planning and creating iteration plans as well as objectives

✓Develops and commits to team period objectives and goals

✓Conducts research, design, prototyping and other exploration activities to support dev/prep phase

✓Collaborates with the American Express Product Manager to create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria

✓Participates in design. Reviews design strategy with Consultant Technical Lead

✓Leverages paired programming to write code and automated acceptance test cases

✓Works with the American Express Product Manager to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality, writing the code

✓Adheres to American Express standards regarding code quality and uses design and coding best practices to build high-quality components and services

✓Participates in code reviews

✓Follows defined branching strategies. Checks new code into the shared source code repository meeting branching guideline requirements

✓Collaborates with Consultants’ Quality Assurance on test case creation

✓Performs continuous improvement of the team’s process and themselves embracing coaching and mentoring from their Consultant Technical Lead

Qualifications/ Skills Required:

✓Involve in Analysis, Design, Development, Integration and Testing of application modules and followed AGILE/ SCRUM methodology. Participated in Estimation size of Backlog Items, Daily Scrum and Translation of backlog items into engineering design and logical units of work (tasks).

✓Involve in integrating the product and customizing the look and feel of the application and making sure of seam less working of the application.

✓Experience in developing MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js) stack application.

✓Create Single page applications (SPA) with the use of JavaScript library React.js. In-depth experience in React.js and techniques such as Redux and react-router.

✓Utilized React Life Cycle Hooks Methods such as Component Will Mount, Component Did Mount, Component Did Update, and render () in some components.

✓Used Redux (Action, Middleware, Reducer, Store) for managing Application Global State and handling user authentication.

✓Used Bit bucket as code repository and GIT for version control.

✓Used Node.js on the server side and to install necessary packages into the application.

✓Worked on automation and Deployment using configuration Management tool to AWS.

✓Experience in Client Scripting languages like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Type Script, jQuery, JSON, Bootstrap, Angular 2+, React, Redux, Express.js, Node.js.

✓Worked in JIRA and regular scrum meeting with requirements as main objective.

Qualifications/ Skills Required:

✓Developing code for Guidewire Claim Center configuration and integration tasks which include system enhancements, defect fixes, new vendor integrations and production support.

✓Provide production support for the Claim Center application that will include working with various IT and business team members to identify and fix issues.

✓Daily status call(scrum) with team to resolve the queries on the requirement and confirms the requirement understanding and Sending detailed Daily status mail to Manager or Team Lead.

✓Participate in technical workshops/sessions with key Business stakeholders (as necessary) with a focus on how the Guidewire Claim Center platform will be integrated with other applications.

✓Working on Integrating with External Systems.

✓Coordination with technical leads & SMEs, System/Performance Test support. Performing the Code review according to the Guidewire best practices and create respective code review document for the requirement or fixed defects.
